On 20 January 2026, ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ. ๐๐ฟ. Franz Schilling from the Technische Universitรคt Mรผnchen (๐ง๐จ๐ ) and member of HyperMet DFG Research Group organised and hosted the ๐ ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด at TranslaTUM.
During the meeting, ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ. Nicole Strittmatter (๐ง๐จ๐ ) gave a thoughtful keynote presentation on her research vision and current work on metabolomics, focusing on the wide applicability and key advantages of using Mass Spectrometry Imaging (MSI) in this research.
All things considered, the meeting provided valuable insights into emerging approaches for studying metabolism and fostered stimulating discussions. It may well mark the springboard of new collaborations and future research projects.
