In our new paper we demonstrate a novel technique using 3D multi-voxel PRESS and semi-LASER MRS of hyperpolarized 13C nuclei. This enables “virtual biopsies” of pH, metabolic activity and other MR biomarkers read-out via spectroscopic measurements.
